These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between the 777jiya platform and its users. All services provided through the 777jiya website and mobile application are governed by these terms. Using the platform means you agree to abide by all conditions stated herein.

2.3 KYC Verification

777jiya may verify your identity at any time for security purposes. You may be asked to provide a photo of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals will be temporarily on hold until KYC verification is complete.

Deposits can be made on 777jiya via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Funds are usually credited instantly. If there is any delay, please contact the Help Center within 24 hours.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200
• Maximum daily deposit: determined by account tier.
• Deposits must be made from your own mobile wallet only — not from someone else's
• No additional charges are deducted on deposits
• Cryptocurrency and bank transfers are not currently accepted

Certain conditions must be met before winnings can be withdrawn. 777jiya wants you to receive your funds quickly and without hassle — we typically complete the process within 15 minutes to 1 hour.

4.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳200
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile wallet used at the time of deposit
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held if suspicious activity is detected.

4.2 Processing Time

777jiya offers a range of attractive bonuses and promotions for users from time to time. Each offer comes with its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page or in the email.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager a total of 10x the bonus amount (e.g., a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳10,000 in bets).

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• A promo code may be required at the time of deposit to receive a bonus.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 days — any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period
• Each offer can only be claimed once — repeatedly using the same offer may result in account termination
• Bonuses can only be used for betting and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• 777jiya reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program at any time.

Certain ground rules apply when placing bets on 777jiya. These rules apply equally to all users.

• Minimum Bet: ৳50
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
• Pre-match bets can be placed up until kick-off; Live Betting is available while the match is in progress.
• If a match is cancelled due to technical issues, the bet amount will be refunded
• If abnormal returns are received due to an odds error, 777jiya reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Winnings will be credited to your wallet only after the match result is confirmed

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777jiya platform. Violations may result in permanent account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating fake accounts or opening accounts under family members' names to claim bonuses.
• Odds Manipulation: Using software or bots to exploit odds.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder money through the platform.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets based on advance knowledge of a match result, or attempting to obtain such knowledge.
• Hacking: Attempting to breach platform security or access another user's account.
• False Information: Submitting false information or fraudulent documents during registration or KYC verification.

777jiya reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In Case of a Terms & Conditions Violation
• If suspicious or unusual activity is detected
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided
• If there is suspicion of anti-money laundering policy violations
• Upon direction from law enforcement authorities

Before closing an account, 777jiya will give you the opportunity to respond. If an account is terminated for a valid reason, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded; however, bonus balances will be forfeited.

• If a bet is lost due to an internet disconnection
• If a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment gateway
• If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence
• If the service is temporarily unavailable due to an unexpected technical error
• If services are restricted due to legal changes in the user's country

Under any circumstances, 777jiya's maximum liability shall be limited to the actual balance held in the user's account.
